The form below can be used to order images of objects from the Princessehof National Museum of Ceramics collection. Photographs are issued – for all purposes – free of charge, but they must be accompanied by the correct credit line.
There are a number of exceptions:
- Non-existing photos: if a digital high-res photo of the object is not yet available, it must be made. The cost for this is €80.00 per photo.
- New photos or photos of special arrangements or combinations of objects: the cost for this is €80.00 per photo.
- Copyright owned by the maker: some works/images are subject to copyright. The main rule is that copyright expires 70 years after the death of the artist; see FAQ Archive - Pictoright. If a work is under copyright protection, it is the responsibility of the person who ordered the image(s) to find out who owns the copyright, request permission for use and pay any costs involved. Only after permission has been granted can we release the image(s).
Read the conditions for ordering an image here. The application requires the object’s object/identification number, which can be found on our collections website. Barring exceptions, the photo/s will be delivered within two weeks.
