Groups

Are you coming with a group? Group visits are more than welcome. Make your museum visit one to remember with a guided tour, a workshop or a package tour!
Combine your visit with a snack and drink in the tearoom or, in warmer weather, in the museum garden. Visit the wonderful gift shop.

Together we can always create a customised package. There are endless possibilities. In consultation you can visit the museum in the evening with a group.

Guided tours of the Princessehof

To celebrate a special occasion, book a tour for your group (10 or more people). This tour is given by one of our guides or a curator and lasts approximately one hour.

During the tour you will discover background details about our collection that remain hidden to regular visitors. An inspiring addition to a day out in Leeuwarden or an interesting event for your company outing!

To ensure quality, the maximum number of participants is 15 people per guide. Besides the group rate of € 9.50 per person there is a surcharge of € 5.00 per person for the guide (valid for a group of 10 or more people). For a tour by a curator, you pay € 7.50 per person (valid for a group of 10 or more people).

You can decide the theme of your group tour, for example:
- the current exhibition
- highlights of the museum
- a subdivision of the collection (e.g., the Art Nouveau collection)
- thematic tour (flora and fauna, eroticism on ceramics, etc.)
- combinations of the above themes are also possible

If you do not have the minimum number of participants, want to come with a larger group or have other needs, then we can design a customised package for you. Inquire about the possibilities.
